Protesters To Speak To Reps From Bandon Meat Factory Over Concerning Beef Prices

A Cork farmer and protester says an opportunity that's come to light this lunchtime to speak to representatives from a Bandon meat factory over meat prices says its a huge step in the right direction.

Almost 100 farmers have been protesting at the plant on the Macroom Rd in Bandon since Sunday evening over price of beef
They're calling for better prices for their product and say they'll stay outside the gates of these factories until they get it.
Speaking to RedFM News, Helen O'Sullivan from the Beef Plan Movement says preparations have gotten underway for a meeting with reps from the factory:
