Rachel Allen to open a restaurant

The celebrity chef has secured a premises on Washington Street in Cork city
Celebrity chef Rachel Allen is to open her first restaurant in Cork city..
It was reported over the weekend that Rachel and her husband Isaac, have acquired a large building on Washington Street which will seat 130 people and will also have a private dining area for up to 30 people.
Rachel says she has been looking for a premises for some time now and says her new restaurant will use fresh, organic produce from the farm at Ballymaloe along with fish from Ballycotton Bay and meat from the east Cork area
The new restaurant is due to open early next year
