Rachel's Restaurant Re-Opens Following Fire

Celebrity chef Rachel Allen is to re-open her city centre restaurant this evening after a fire on Saturday forced it's temporary closure
The alarm was raised at around 2pm on Saturday and the premises had to be evacuated as fire fighters arrived.
They traced the blaze to the ducting of the restaurant air extraction system which leads from the kitchen.
They managed to contain and extinguish the fire before it spread. There was no damage to the building itself.
Rachel's is to open from 5pm today, tomorrow and Saturday while essential repair work is continuing at the restaurant
