Record number of higher level Maths
Students have emerged from exam centers across the country after completing Maths and Irish exams. A record number of students sat the higher level Maths exam paper this year. It's thought the incentive of 25 extra points for anyone who achieves at least a grade D in the subject has contributed to the increase.
