Record Number Of People Homeless In Ireland
New figures show a record number of people are now homeless in Ireland.
Campaigners are calling for government action after the number hit 7,167 in January.
The rate of increase has slowed down, and the number of homeless families also dropped last month, and the Housing Minister says they are signs government policies are working.
But Mike Allen of Focus Ireland says much more needs to be done:
