Rent hike on the cards for Cork County Council tenants
Cork County Council tenants could be facing their first rent hike since 2013.
The expected 3% hike would mean an increase of around €1.50 per week for thousands of tenants.
Reports in today's Irish Examiner say tenants will be written to in the coming days informing them of the planned increase.
It's understood the council also intend to carry out a review of tenants' incomes across the county, early in the new year.
