A rental crisis is looming in the city. Auctioneers are reporting a severe shortage of properties to rent in built up areas. Further pressure will be added to the market with thousands of stuents due to arrive over the coming weeks. Irish auctioneers are calling for a dedicated Property Council to be set up to oversee the future of the industry.
