Renters urged not to ignore Property Tax bills
Renters who are not eligible to pay the property tax are urged not to ignore tax bills Anyone who mistakenly receives a bill is being advised to contact the Revenue as they may have money deducted from their salaries or welfare payments, unless they can prove they they're not the owners of the property The warning comes as homeowners are advised that they have until the 28th of May to file online The tax authorities have been given powers to collect the tax directly from a person’s salary, pension or bank account.
