Rents Nationwide Have Hit Record Highs Again
The average monthly rent is €1,261, according to the latest Daft report.
That's up 11.5% in the first three months of the year.
Monthly rents are €232 more than they were in 2008.
Rents in the CITY now stand at €1,210 a month on average, up 9.3% year on year.
That figure in the county is €892 a month, up 10.6% year on year.
