Repair Work Is Continuing On Daley's Bridge
The City Centre structure is more commonly known as the 'Shakey Bridge'
The bridge, which connects Sunday's Well on the Northside to the Mardyke area, has received its first clean, with the full repair works due to be completed by Christmas.
The 1.7 million euro restoration project, which includes replacing the suspension cables and adding public lighting, is due to be fully completed by Easter 2020.
Yesterday, Cork City Council shared pictures of the dismantled bridge which will remain in storage until its reassembly next year.
