Report On Tit Bonhomme Tragedy Complete
The report into the Tit Bonhomme tragedy which claimed five lives off the Cork Coast last year, has been completed. According to the Irish Examiner the document will focus on what roles crew fatigue and their training in emergencies played in the disaster. The Marine Casualty Investigation Board's report has been given to the families of the victims and it will be published next week.
