Residents in Direct Provision to protest in Cork tomorrow

Residents of the Direct Provision Centre in Cork will hold a protest in the city centre tomorrow afternoon.
It follows the death of a young Korean mother - You Jung Han - in the Kinsale Road Accommodation Centre in August of this year.
The residents are calling for the closure of all Direct Provision centres across the country, as well as shortening the asylum process, the right to work and access to third level education for all asylum seekers.
They will be joined by the Anti- Deportation Ireland group on the Grand Parade at 2pm.
Speaking to RedFM News Kinsale Road Accommodation centre resident Asad Mahmud says they will be voicing their concerns:
