Residents In Dunmanway Say They Narrowly Escaped Flooding In Their Homes Over The Weekend

It follows wintry weather conditions Leeside in recent days
It's the third time this Winter that residents have had to face the prospect of flood damage in their homes.
Calls have been made for a coordinate effort for flood prevention efforts to begin immediately to protect homes when Winter 2021 hits.
Speaking to RedFM News Cllr Declan Hurley says if it wasn't for pumps brought in to tackle the flood waters the situation would have been much different:
