Respond Says Budget 2020 Must Prioritise Homeless Prevention And Early Intervention

It says they're key to ending the crisis

The latest homeless figures Leeside show there are 422 adults living in emergency accommodation in Cork City and County.  

While Cork Simon's Dermot Kavanagh has said the main reason for this is a lack of crucial housing development.

In its pre-Budget submission today, Respond says the Housing First model is the best way to tackle homelessness.
