Restaurants Associations says it's "unjust" that they can't open today

Restaurants claim it's 'unjust' they're not allowed open in full today, in line with hotels.
They can't serve outdoors until next Monday and can't resume indoor dining before July 5th.
The Restaurants Association's chief executive, Adrian Cummins, says the delay will be challenged legally in the coming days.
"What we have discussed with our lawyers and our senior counsel over the last number of the days, we expect that legal action to be heading to the courts if not this Friday then early next week.
"We want to have what is called an express hearing as soon as possible within the court."
