Richard Bruton says none of the religious orders in this country have paid enough

It's been revealed the Church have paid 13% towards the redress scheme for survivors as opposed to 50% as promised

The Education Minister has accused the church of shirking its 'moral responsibility' when it comes to compensating abuse survivors.

A redress scheme for survivors was supposed to see the Church and State split costs 50-50, but it's emerged that nuns and priests have paid only 13 per cent so far.

The total price of compensation is 1-point-5 billion Euro and Minister Bruton says religious orders are to blame.
