Road where two men lost their lives outside Charleville remains closed

Gardaí have confirmed to RedFM News that a road outside Charleville where two men lost their lives in a collision today remains closed.
The men were killed in a crash involving a car and a motorcycle on the main Cork to Limerick road.
It happened at around 1.50pm and both the motorcyclist, in his early 20s, and the driver of the car, who is in his late 50s, were pronounced dead at the scene
Gardai have closed the road and put diversions in place as they await the removal of the bodies of both men to Cork University Hospital for post-mortem examinations.
A Garda Forensic Crash Investigator is due at the scene shortly to begin an investigation into the collision while both vehicles will also be examined.
