Round two for Coveney and Varadkar as they face off this evening
It's round two for Simon Coveney and Leo Varadkar tonight as they fight to become the next Taoiseach and leader of Fine Gael.
Last night's debate in Dublin drew one thousand party members, while tonight's husting will take place in Carlow.
So far, Leo Varadkar is proving more popular with Government Ministers, but Simon Coveney has the edge when it comes to ordinary party members.
A poll in today's Irish Times says he's leading 48 to 44 percent in terms of public support.
