RSA calls on drivers to heed rules of the road

The Road Safety Authority is reminding drivers to heed the basic rules of the road.

The RSA says speeding, driving under the influence and using mobile phones continue to be major factors in road accidents.

The RSA are rolling out a campaign specifically targetting young children and educating them on road safety.
