RSA Uses New Technology To Highlight Plight Of Cyclists on Irish Roads

The Road Safety Authority has issued a new video online showing what it's like to be a cyclist on the roads.

Using 360 degrees camera technology, the short video brings users through a virtual reality of cycling on Irish roads, from the cyclists point of view.

The video urges other road users to leave the adequate space - 1 point 5 metres - when overtaking cyclists on the roads.

It can be seen in full on the RSAs Facebook Page.
