Rural Ireland will suffer the most if post offices are forced to close

That's according to the Irish Postmaters Union who held a protest outside the Department of Communications last week
Concerns have been raised in the wake of a radical restructuring plan which could see up to 200 post offices closed around the country.
Paddy O'Shea a postmaster with 37 years experience running Aghada post office fears he will be out of business within 5 years if his business continues to suffer losses.
Speaking to RedFM News Paddy says the post office is seen as a lifeline by many people in rural Ireland.
