Ruth Morrissey's Solicitor: CervicalCheck Apology Could Not Have Included Ruth

The then Taoiseach made the apology in October 2019
That's the view of her solicitor who says the State was appealing the judgement in her court case at the time.
Following her passing yesterday, her family issued a statement which claimed neither the HSE nor the State ever apologised for the errors which led to Ruth's terminal diagnosis.
A spokesperson for Leo Varadkar noted that he made a formal State apology to all women and their families affected by the cervical check crisis in October of 2019.
Solicitor Cian O'Carroll says this doesn't count as an apology to Ruth:
