Ryanair and British Airways under investiagtion in the UK
Ryanair and British Airways are being investigated in the UK over whether they broke consumer law by refusing to give refunds to customers facing cancelled flights during the pandemic.
The Competition and Markets Authority there says companies should have issued them and opened an investigation across the sector in December.
Both companies provided the option to rebook, with BA also offering vouchers.
