Ryanair CEO labels government "a shambles" over its failure to issue digital covid certs for EU travel

The cert comes into force in Europe from today, however Ireland's not due to sign-up until July 19th.
The country's currently the only EU member state not ready to comply, with the HSE cyber attack being blamed.
Ryanair CEO, Eddie Wilson, is calling on the government to act:
"Let vaccinated people travelled straightaway and get this digital COVID certificate up and running so that those who have PCR tests who aren't vaccinated can travel. People need to get home to see relatives, Irish people need to get abroad. We've got over 30% of adult population that are now double vaccinated. There's no reason why they should be locked up any longer. And it's an absolute shambles, they need to actually accept that at border control and get on with it"
