The Cork office of Samaritans who have launched a nationwide awareness campaign aimed at tackling the number of suicides in Ireland say it's vital that people look after their mental health
The "Big Listen" Initiative is all about encouraging people to listen to someone else's concerns to help save lives.

Cork Samaritans are holding an information evening at their newly renovated office on Coach Street tonight at 7pm and are encouraging anyone interesting in volunteering to come along
