Savita Report Leaked
The Health Minister says he expects the report into the death of Savita Halappanavar will be completed within ten days. Leaked extracts from a draft report shows there was a litany of medical failures at University College Hospital Galway. It also says staff should have considered performing an abortion even before Savita and her husband requested it.
