Scotsman Restrained By Gardai As He Tried To Escape Court Appearance In Macroom
A 40 year old Scotsman who had to be restrained by gardai when he tried to escape on his last court appearance in Macroom on Wednesday is back in court today on a dangerous driving charge.
James McCarney from Glasgow is facing a dangerous driving charge arising out of an incident at a joint garda/ customs checkpoint at Rigsdale, Toureen, Ballinhassig on Tuesday.
