Search operation underway in Youghal into the disappearance of Tina Satchwell

45 year old Tina went missing from her East Cork home on March 20th and has not been seen since

She was last seen by her husband Richard before he left to do some grocery shopping. On his return home there was no sign of her and two suitcases had been taken as well as a sum of money.

Two suitcases had been found by Ritchard Satchwell earlier this month at a recycling centre at Tesco in Youghal which were sent for forensic tests. It has yet to be confirmed if these belonged to Tina.

Today Gardai are carrying out two searches one by the Garda Water Unit at locations in Youghal port.

The other is being undetaken in the Youghal urban area by members of the Divisional Search Team and Garda Dog Unit, accompanied by members of Irish Search Dogs, and Irish Army Specialists.

Tina is described as being 5' 7'', of medium build with blonde shoulder length hair and blue eyes.
