Searches for new homes in Cork increase in wake of help-to-buy scheme announcement

Searches for new homes in Cork have increased significantly in the past week.

Property website Daft.ie say the spike has arisen from the announcement by the Government of the first-time buyers help-to-buy scheme.

An increase of 104% was recorded in searches for new homes in Cork when compared with the average daily searches for new homes in Cork in 2016.

Ballincollig, Glanmire, Carrigaline, Kinsale, and Blackrock are among the top five search locations for New Homes in Cork.
