Senior Cork GAA Official Has Won Temporary High Court Injunction To Allow Him To Keep His Job
Diarmuid O'Donovan of Mervue Lawn, Ballyvolane took the action after he was informed that the role he occupied as senior administrator of the County Board was to be discontinued
The court heard he believes the attempt to terminate his role is related to the cost overrun at the redeveloped Páirc Uí Chaoimh and that he had been excluded from meetings he usually attended in recent weeks.
The case is due to come back before the courts next week.
