Shane Ross jokes of Cabinet reshuffle while Taoiseach in US for St. Patricks Day

A member of the Cabinet's joked that he'll conduct a reshuffle when the Taoiseach's out of the country next week.
Transport Minister Shane Ross will be left in charge as all other ministers are touring the globe for annual St. Patrick's Day festivities.
Launching a new trade strategy earlier today, Minister Ross even jokingly suggested who he would appoint as the new Minister for Health:
