Shark at Cape Clear
A 20 foot long basking shark swam with kayakers and swimmers at Cape Clear yesterday... Bathers were making the best of the fine weather when the huge basking shark swam by. Basking sharks are quite common around Irish shores at this time of year. Niamh Ní Dris-ceoil of the Fastnet Tour Company, who skippers the Cape Clear Ferry during the summer months videoed the shark and her footage has gone viral....
