Simon Cowell has snubbed Cheryl Cole. The music mogul has turned down an invitation to attend the former Girls Aloud star's 30'th birthday party in L.A. Cheryl is said to be "disappointed" after Simon rejected her offer. The singer was hoping to mend their friendship by asking him to event, however, he's too busy filming The X Factor USA in Denver to attend the bash.
