Party leader, Mary Lou McDonald says the Government is failing when it comes to the homelessness crisis
Sinn Fein is to table a motion of no confidence in the Housing Minister in the coming weeks - a move which puts pressure on Fianna Fail under the confidence and supply agreement.
At the party's annual conference in Cavan today, party leader Mary Lou McDonald says the Government is failing when it comes to the homelessness crisis - and Eoghan Murphy and his policies have to go.
It comes as the homeless figures across the country continue to rise with 328 adults recorded in emergency accommodation in Cork in July which is a record high.
Fianna Fail says it won't support the motion of no confidence while Minister Murphy has dismissed the move as attention grabbing.
