Spain's Derailed Train Travelling At Twice Speed Limit
A train which derailed in north-western Spain, killing 80 people, was travelling at around twice the speed limit. About 140 people were also injured in the crash in Santiago de Compostela. The driver of the train is now being questioned. Transport engineering analyst Phillipa Oldham said the train should not have been able to go above the speed limit.
