Speculation mounts as two major office developments expected to be announced
It's expected two major office developments will be announced in the city in the coming weeks.
Speculation is mounting that one of the sites will be on the city's North docks while the other will be on Parnell Place.
It comes after recent confirmation that the former Ford depot site is being eyed up for accommodation in the form of an apartment complex with capacity for 1,000 apartments.
