Spotlight back on infrastructure Leeside after oil refinery takeover

The Communications Minister has admitted that infrastructure Leeside needs to be upgraded.
Concern has been expressed about the road network leading to Whitegate Oil Refinery which is used by a large volume of heavy goods vehicles.
It's believed the facility, which was taken over by Canadian company Irving Oil, would be more attractive to fuel companies if the road network leading to it was improved.
It follows recent calls for the development of a motorway between Cork and Limerick.
Speaking to RedFM News Minister for Communications Denis Naughten says government will do what it can when the capital plan is reviewed:
