St. Vincent De Paul spend thousands to dump peoples rubbish

St Vincent de Paul say they're spending over €2,000 a month dumping people's rubbish.

The chairty says some members of the public are using donation bins as a dumping ground and are even disposing of household waste in the bins. 

It's one the biggest problems being encountered by volunteers who say the charity is losing out in other ways because of the waste, as genuine donations become contaminated.
