State Will Not Appeal High Court Decision Not To Extradite Ian Bailey To France
It was the third attempt by French authorities to seek his surrender.
The court ruled earlier this month that he should not be sent to France where he faces a sentence for the murder of Sophie Toscan de Plantier in west Cork in 1996.
He was found guilty in his absence in a Paris court in 2019.
