Stewards Attempted To Remove A Banner From Supporters At The Cork City Game Last Night
They were protesting over the ongoing controversy at the FAI
A flag with the message 'Delaney Out' written on it, was unveiled during the game at Turners Cross.
In a statement this morning Gardai say following a complaint of a minor assault by management and security staff at the stadium last evening, Gardaí on duty responded to the incident and assisted security staff.
They sat no arrests were made and the situation was resolved. No injuries were reported.
