Stryker confirms layoff of a number of temporary contractors
Cork biotech company Stryker have confirmed they have laid off a limited number of temporary contractors.
The company says the jobs at their Model Farm Road facility were cut after careful consideration to address the ever changing needs of their customers.
It's believed up to 40 employees have been impacted by the cuts.
The company employs around 2,500 people at it's five sites in Cork.
