Students Warned To Be Wary Of Rental Accommodation Scams Ahead Of New College Year
Students are being warned to be wary of rental-accommodation scams ahead of the new college year.
The Union of Students in Ireland says they're a target because of the housing crisis and accommodation shortage for students in third-level education.
The warning comes ahead of the publication of this year's Leaving Cert results, on August 13th.
USI president Lorna Fitzpatrick says students and parents need to be on the alert:
