Suspension Of Wow Air Route Will Not Affect Growth At Cork Airport

Cork Airport will continue to grow despite the suspension of transatlantic flights from Cork via Reykjavik.
That's according to managing director at Cork Airport Niall McCarthy who says air traffic has grown by 6% in July this year.
Wow Air announced on Friday it's to suspend it's Cork to Reykavik route from October and for the winter months with a final decision on the future of the flights to be made at a later stage this year.
Speaking to RedFM News, Managing Director of Cork Airport Neill McCarthy says despite the suspension, Cork Airport is substantially growing:
