Tánaiste: it isn't possible to give clarity to many sectors on when they'll be able to re-open

The updated living with COVID plan contains no promises beyond April 12th with the government saying it wants to open in a cautious way so that this will be the last lockdown.
Schools will re-open on a phased basis from next Monday with childcare also set to return.
Wider Level 5 restrictions have been extended until April 5th and will be reviewed before Easter.
Tánaiste Leo Varadkar says they can't make any promises about what will open after that point:
"I think in fairness, it's too early to say and it'd be unfair to give the industry a date at the stage that we couldn't stand over, you know. We'll review the situation before Easter, hopefully after the 5th of April it will be possible to reopen construction and allow some outdoor activities. Asking for predictions from May and June is very difficult at this stage, a couple of weeks is a long time in a pandemic."
