Tánaiste says delay to opening of indoor dining is "not inevitable"

Tánaiste Leo Varadkar says decisions on re-opening tomorrow will be cautious:
"You know we'll have to see all the advice, received the presentations today and tomorrow and make a decision, and the one thing though that I can say to everyone, citizens, employers, employees, we want to avoid is having to go backwards. And we want to avoid a situation whereby."
