Tanaiste Says Tariffs Imposed By Britain In The Event Of A No Deal Brexit Will Hurt Ireland

Minister Simon Coveney says the tariffs will be damaging to Irish businesses, farmers and consumers

 

British MP's will vote later on whether to leave the EU without a deal on March 29th.  

Farmers say they are facing losses of 800 million euro in the event an agreement cannot be reached.

Minister Simon Coveney told the Dail the government is looking to relax state aid rules to help protect Irish jobs;
