Taoiseach attends EU Council Summit

The Taoiseach has said Europe needs to respond to the Coronavirus with a telling impact as he arrived for today's EU Council Summit.

European leaders are meeting face-to-face for the first time in five months.

They will be discussing details of the financing of the EU for the next seven years and the 750 billion euro COVID recovery fund.
