Taoiseach Says He's Determined To See Stalled Cork Projects Such As The Events Centre Completed 

He made the comments at a press conference in Fermoy yesterday where he was asked by RedFM News if he understood the frustration felt by traders in the city

Many traders say they're banking on projects like the Events Centre to secure their future. 

The sod was turned on the multi-million facility prior to the last General Election in 2016 however construction is yet to get underway due to delays regarding the financing of the venue and most recently the detailed internal design plan.

Meanwhile calls have been made for the completion of other key projects which have been in the pipeline for a number of years such as the Dunkettle Interchange.
