Taoiseach Says Hungary's Prime Minister Left In No Doubt About EU's Opposition To New Anti-LGBT Laws

There were fiery exchanges between Victor Orban and his European colleagues at last night's Council meeting
The Hungarian laws prevent education about LGBTI issues in schools.
Taoiseach Micheál Martin says he let his opinion on the matter be known:
"First of all, Hungary was left in no doubt that a line was crossed with this legislation. I think it's important in terms of the moral perspective, the political perspective. Aside altogether from the law, or invoking the treaty, there is absolutely no doubt leaving that meeting last evening... Hungry was a no doubt that a line had been crossed and, without question, it would have implications in terms of future decisions around funding or whatever."
