TB Screening Programme Underway At Glanmire Community College
Two people from the school community were diagnosed with the disease
Glanmire Community College has confirmed that a screening programme for TB is underway after two people from the school community were diagnosed with the disease.
The Department of Public Health HSE South has confirmed that it was notified of a case of TB in a teenager attending the secondary school and following a screening process a second case was identified
The two are currently under the care of the HSE and are undergoing treatment
